What To Eat For Breakfast

It's said that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but rarely do we get a chance to cook, sit, and enjoy this crucial first meal. We're usually on the go, grabbing whatever fruit or simply made smoothie is in our way as we rush out the door. In an effort to slow things down a bit and enjoy my mornings, I'm making an effort to cook breakfast at home more and eat a full meal that will give me energy to tackle my busy day.
